December Newsletter
The February
Band booster meeting will be on Tuesday, Feb. 10th at 7:00pm in the Band room.
The Next Booster Meeting Will Be Tuesday
February 10th, 7pm in the band room.
(No Booster Meeting will be held in January)

Dec. 13th: The students will need to meet at the High School at 1:00 to leave for the Tulsa Christmas parade. We will plan on wearing white but they need to have both uniforms ready just depending on the weather. They will need to eat before we leave. We will have supper in Tulsa after the parade.
Dec. 15th: The students will need to be in the band room by 6:30 to warm up for the Holiday Concert. It will begin at 7:00. Dress is nice.

STUDENTS & PARENTS:
Remember to bring your Santa hats for the Parades!
Decorate your instruments for the parades.
Health forms must be turned! (Or you may not go to Tulsa)
Be prepared with both sets of pants, and shoes, for the parades. We plan to wear White but depending on the weather we might wear Maroon.
Band Fees are past due; if you have not paid your fees your name has been turned into the JHS office for outstanding fees.
ATTENTION!
We need a volunteer to be the trip coordinator. Planning needs to start soon for the band trip next school year. We also need volunteers for the trip organizing committee. Please contact a Band Booster Officer.
