JHS Eagle Golf
Golf is one of several sports offered at Joplin High School. The girls’ season is in the fall with practice starting the middle of August. The boys’ golf season is in the spring, beginning in late February. Boys and girls, 9th–12th grade, may try out for their respective team.
The Varsity Team consists of the top five players that attend practices and have competed in individual qualifying. Team uniforms, shirts and jackets, are provided, with players furnishing their own golf clubs and shoes.
The girls’ golf team practices at Twin Hills Country Club. Home matches are also held at Twin Hills Country Club. The boys’ team practices at Twin Hills Country Club and Loma Linda Golf Course. Home matches are held at Twin Hills Country Club.
Lady Eagle Team Camp is held in the summer. Dates and times are determined in May and will be posted on the Schedules page.
Each team sets high goals and works hard to attain them.
